I suspected than the o-rings where dry (which is true) and gas leaked from them cousing my motor to be overfueled, I went to buy a pair of these tiny rubber rings for 15$, yes 15 $ !!! (for this two which sits on the buoys) later on I remembered that I had spare o-rings like these which I thought to through away... but this was not the problem.
