The Dilemma: there was a time that i worked on nights, only nights (sometimes it occures again)and my fish become confused since they do not know exactly when is daylight time outside. They can only see when the lights are on in my room. So what happened undeliberately is that now they sleep at the "working hours" and wake up at night, in fact, the most "busy" hour for them is 4 a.m. and they wait until I wake up (in a normal day) to give them "dinner" after activity night and then rush to sleep curled up between the Anubia leafs. i once thought to give them the light only when i am awake- so me and them will be synchronized but it is not so simple because when i feel tired and want to go to bed its not constantly what they choose. so i say: let yourself be normal before you try to change others
