mother, 2 girls.
there all need to sail to the other bank but:
only 2 people on the raft every time,the father cannot 
stay with any of the girls without the mother,mother canot 
stay with any of the boys without the father,the thief cannot 
stay with no one without the policeman,only father,mother 
and policeman can drive the raft.
