ANACRON:
like the cron but it does the work as soon as
possible if system was down.service anacron start.
at /etc/anacrontab: perios delay
hob-identifier command 1 5 cron.
daily run-parts /etc/cron.daily -anacron writes
the job-identifier at /var/spool/anacron dir (date only)
-anacron do not work on hours but only days !
